SMART resources is an Information Technology consulting firm located in Richmond VA, focused on serving private and public sector entities in the central Virginia area.
We believe that there are two things that will set us apart: first, and foremost, it’s our people. The competition for great talent is alive and well in the Richmond area. In our quest to be the best, SMART realized that recruiting is now more important than ever. We have hired Lori Hicks to fill the critical role of Recruiting Manager.
Lori has been in IT consulting in Richmond since 2003, when she served as a Consultant Services Manager for COMSYS until 2011. She comes to us from Agile1, where she was a Client Services Manager for Dominion's in-house VMS. She has considerable industry knowledge that will serve our clients well. We welcome Lori to the SMART team!

SMART resources is proud to announce our sponsorship of two terrific local user groups, the Richmond .Net User Group and the Richmond SQL Server User Group.
The groups offer their members an opportunity to learn about software development with a focus on Microsoft products, network with other professionals and support the development of Microsoft talent in the Richmond area.
