With over 30 years of experience in human resource management across multiple industries, Beth uses her expertise to emphasize that Smart Resources is a people business. Prior to Smart, she established an HR consulting business, with the goal of developing HR solutions and best practices that drove her clients’ strategic business objectives. Beth’s passion is helping businesses optimize their greatest investments: their staff and their technology. Immersing herself in multiple aspects of the business in order to establish strategic alignment and focus, Beth provides the non-technical approach to the company’s IT consulting solutions.

 

A native of Roanoke, VA, Beth graduated from the University of Richmond and began working in Richmond.   She has served on several Boards of not-for-profit organizations in the area.  Beth loves spending time in Marco Island Florida where she currently serves on the Marriott COA Board.
