Smart Resources, VA is seeking an Information Security Engineer who has a passion for working with a team of talented Access and Identity Management professionals that are keenly focused on solving complex security challenges and supporting product innovation with technology.

The Information Security Engineer is a vital role within the Access and Identity Management team and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining existing and future Access and Identity Management (AIM) solutions. This role supports business critical enterprise access solutions and works closely with the rest of the Information Security Operations team to ensure the confidentiality of the company’s systems and data.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas Identity Management, Information Security, Infrastructure Security, Access Services etc.
·5+ years of experience with at least one of the following or similar IAM products: IBM Identity ·Manager/Access Manager, CASB, CA Site Minder/Identity Manager, PingFederate, Privileged Access Management
·Demonstrated experience with SSO/Federation services products such as ADFS, PingFederate
·Knowledge of industry protocol standards such as: LDAP, SAML, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM
·Experience related to: user provisioning, access management, access governance/access recertification, federation/single sign-on, privileged access management
·Experience with Active Directory or Privileged Account Management
·Detailed knowledge of user administration, authentication methods, file permissions, groups, and domain concepts
·Excellent communication skills to include, but not limited to, verbal and written communication; delivering organized presentations; able to tailor message to the audience; and facilitate group discussions with diplomacy and seek diverse opinions
·Ability to effectively estimate the efforts of others and the impact required to accomplish requested tasks/projects
·Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills and performs well in high pressure or stressful situations
·Excellent organization and time management skills
·Knowledge of current and emerging industry technologies

Experience with the following preferred:
• Demonstrate technical infrastructure architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in design of production, staging, QA and development infrastructures running in a 24×7 environment
• Establish level of service standards and operating procedures for overall system availability and individual system components
