PeopleSoft Technical Business Analyst

Responsible for the analysis,  requirements gathering,  testing, and documentation of PeopleSoft HRMS custom changes and enhancements

  • Develop detailed system test plans to include leave year-end processing, salary increases and other associated processes and systems
  • Develop complex PeopleSoft/SQL queries and assist functional users with less complicated queries
  • Maintain PeopleSoft HRMS high-level system tables, department tree structure, query tree, security etc.
  • Assist/advise various departments on PeopleSoft-related procedures and interfaces
  • Create/monitor data integrity via audit reporting.  Troubleshoot production issues
  • Assist with the upcoming PeopleSoft upgrade to HRMS 9.2 to include fit-gap analysis and testplans
  • Develop Use Case diagrams/documents based on requirements gathering for other related systems interfacing with  PeopleSoft
  • Document functional specifications, upgrades, interfaces, and reports
  • Act as liaison between IT and other departments
  • Translate functional requirements into appropriate technical specs
