Responsible for the analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation of PeopleSoft HRMS custom changes and enhancements
- Develop detailed system test plans to include leave year-end processing, salary increases and other associated processes and systems
- Develop complex PeopleSoft/SQL queries and assist functional users with less complicated queries
- Maintain PeopleSoft HRMS high-level system tables, department tree structure, query tree, security etc.
- Assist/advise various departments on PeopleSoft-related procedures and interfaces
- Create/monitor data integrity via audit reporting. Troubleshoot production issues
- Assist with the upcoming PeopleSoft upgrade to HRMS 9.2 to include fit-gap analysis and testplans
- Develop Use Case diagrams/documents based on requirements gathering for other related systems interfacing with PeopleSoft
- Document functional specifications, upgrades, interfaces, and reports
- Act as liaison between IT and other departments
- Translate functional requirements into appropriate technical specs
